Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
01 — Acceptance
Using this site or engaging Oxlabs for services means you accept these terms. If you're entering an agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
02 — What we do
We provide software engineering, AI automation, Web3, and fintech/regtech development services, along with our own products such as Sparky. The specific scope, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins — these terms govern the relationship generally, and a signed scope of work governs each project specifically.
03 — Fees & payment
Engagement pricing starts at $500 and is scoped to the agreed work. Payment is structured around delivery milestones as set out in your scope of work. Fees for a specific engagement, once agreed in writing, are not subject to unilateral change by either party without a new written agreement.
04 — The 21-day guarantee
Where an engagement is scoped under our standard MVP offer, we agree a measurable target with you before work begins. If that target has not been met within 21 days of the agreed start date, we will continue work into the next sprint at no additional cost until it is met, or you may retain all work delivered to date and end the engagement without further obligation. This guarantee applies only to engagements where a target metric was documented in writing at scoping.
05 — Ownership
Upon full payment for the relevant milestone, you own the code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your engagement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries we use to deliver the work remain our property, and are licensed to you for use within your product on an ongoing, royalty-free basis. Sparky and any other Oxlabs-owned products remain our property under their own separate license terms.
06 — Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. An NDA is available on request before any detailed scoping conversation.
07 — Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, access to necessary systems, and accurate information are needed from you for us to deliver on agreed timelines. Delays caused by missing access, unclear requirements, or delayed feedback on your end may extend agreed delivery dates accordingly.
08 — Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
09 — Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant scope of work. You retain ownership of all work paid for up to the point of termination.
10 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable UAE courts.
11 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
