01 — What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to reply to you and to operate contracted systems: the name, email address, company and brief you submit through this site; and standard server logs retained for thirty days. This site does not run advertising trackers.

02 — Client system data

Where an engagement grants us access to production data, that access is scoped, time-boxed and logged. We do not copy client data into our own environments, and we do not use client data to train or evaluate models outside the client's own infrastructure.

03 — Retention and deletion

Enquiry records are held for twenty-four months and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected]; we action requests within five business days and confirm in writing.

04 — Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, port or erase your personal data, and to object to its processing. Oxlabs is the data controller for this site. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].
