We ran the same settlement workload — batch size, state diff shape, and finality requirements held constant — across three proving systems and measured wall-clock proving time, gas cost at finality, and infrastructure spend at our own traffic shape.

Model your actual batch shape before you compare vendors on cost-per-proof. A rollup that looks 30% cheaper on paper can be more expensive once you account for the prover cluster it needs to hit your latency target.
